Yes. Ecomanagement can be integrated as early as the design or refurbishment stage of a building. We help optimise the architecture of engineering systems, reduce the upfront cost of standard vendor automation, and deploy intelligent control algorithms from the very first day of operation.
We already have automation in place (BMS/SCADA). What additional value do you provide?
Even when a BMS or SCADA system is already in place, Ecomanagement adds an advanced layer of analytics and optimisation. We do not replace existing automation; instead, we enhance it by:

What is the installation and implementation timeframe for the system at a facility?
The implementation timeline depends on the size and specific characteristics of the facility. On-site installation typically takes from two days up to two weeks, excluding the preliminary survey, equipment configuration, and system testing. Exact timelines are determined individually following a consultation with our specialists.
How exactly do you use artificial intelligence in your solution?
Artificial intelligence in Ecomanagement is not a marketing term — it is the foundation of our technology.
We apply AI at three levels:
Data analytics: the system collects telemetry, analyses operating modes, and identifies hidden patterns and dependencies.
Predictive control: based on historical data, weather forecasts, and facility occupancy, algorithms predict and dynamically adjust control parameters.
Self-learning: the longer the system operates, the more accurately it adapts to the specific characteristics of each building.

In addition, the Ecomanagement team develops proprietary solutions based on large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures, which:
  • analyse technical logs, incident reports, and operational records,
  • generate natural-language recommendations for managing engineering systems,
  • build energy consumption scenarios and detect anomalies.

As a result, Ecomanagement evolves beyond a traditional automation system into a digital energy efficiency consultant, capable of explaining its decisions and recommending optimal actions in real time.
Which engineering systems do you control, and based on which parameters?
The system manages a wide range of engineering systems, including ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, water supply, and power supply.
At the facility, key physical parameters are measured in real time, such as current, voltage, power, water consumption, supply air velocity and temperature, frequency, indoor temperature and humidity, CO₂ levels, and even the level of human activity across different zones. In addition, we collect all available data from existing automation systems installed on engineering equipment by integrating with these systems through our controller.
Is it necessary to install additional software?
No. The software is provided as a web-based service on a SaaS-type basis. There is no need to install any dedicated software on computers — access via an internet browser is sufficient to use the personal dashboard. The core functionality can also be mirrored on a smartphone via Telegram or email.

Are there any limitations on the number of connected devices?
No, there are no limitations. The number of monitored parameters and supported devices is defined by the client’s specific requirements and can be scaled to accommodate any level of complexity or size.
How do you calculate the achieved energy savings?
Savings are calculated in accordance with the IPMVP standard and the Russian standard GOST R 56743–2015 “Measurement and Verification of Energy Efficiency. General Principles for Calculating Energy Savings.”
We establish a baseline electricity consumption level using a linear regression model, taking into account internal and external factors that affect energy use, individually for each engineering system. Comparing actual consumption with the calculated baseline reveals the true savings, which are confirmed through detailed reports.
This approach also enables the accurate calculation and subsequent verification of CO₂ emissions reductions.
How quickly will we see the first results?
Initial results are typically visible within 1–2 months after deployment, as the system learns and fine-tunes equipment operation. Stable savings are achieved within 2–3 months. All performance metrics — including consumption, payback, and system efficiency — are available in real time via the personal dashboard.
Is the historical data retained?
Yes, all historical data is stored for the entire duration of the system’s operation. You can analyse trends on a weekly, monthly, yearly basis and beyond. This is essential for ongoing analysis and benchmarking, as the system continuously evolves — with new equipment added, functionality expanded, and increasing efficiency in the use of electricity and other natural resources.
Do you provide recommendations on reducing electricity costs?
No — we do not merely provide recommendations; we actively reduce electricity costs and other resource consumption through direct optimisation and control. However, if during our work we identify additional energy-saving initiatives that are beyond our direct scope but can be implemented by the client, we always highlight these opportunities and advise on how to implement them most effectively.
Does your system completely replace manual control?
Ecomanagement can both fully replace and complement manual control. For example, HVAC (ventilation and air conditioning) can be managed entirely automatically based on algorithms. At the same time, manual control is always retained — automation can be disabled either on a schedule or manually when required.
What happens if equipment fails or the internet connection is lost?
In the event of equipment failure, the system detects the incident, notifies the responsible personnel via Telegram, and executes a response algorithm that has been pre-agreed with the client.
If the internet connection is lost, a two-level control architecture comes into operation. The internal control loop embedded in the controllers continues to operate the equipment autonomously in a basic mode. Once connectivity is restored, all accumulated data is transmitted to the cloud storage. Such situations are rare.
Can we discontinue your system without disruption?
Technically — yes, absolutely. Deactivation is performed simply by switching off the circuit breaker of our hardware module. All engineering systems revert to their original operating modes, and you continue to manage them manually as before. It is important to note that manual control always takes priority over automated control.
From an economic perspective, however, this will be noticeable, as you will no longer benefit from energy savings, incident notifications, or advanced analytics, all of which will cease to be available.
How much does it cost to connect to your SaaS platform?
The cost depends on the size of the facility and the number of systems involved. We offer two straightforward pricing models:
  • Client-funded installation with a minimal subscription fee
  • Shared-savings (energy service) model — you pay only a percentage of the actual electricity savings achieved
Can we view a demo or speak with existing clients?
Yes.
  • We provide access to an online demo dashboard with live data from a real facility.
  • Upon request, we can also arrange a demonstration visit to an operational site.
What if you fail to deliver the level of savings you promise?
Before starting any work, we carry out a detailed technical and economic assessment to evaluate feasibility and expected results. We provide clients with a financial guarantee ensuring that the initial investment and subscription fees achieve an acceptable payback period.
If we do not reach the agreed level of savings, we will refund part of the fees to ensure that the return on investment is achieved within the agreed timeframe.
What data is required to prepare a commercial proposal?
We only require a minimal set of information:
  • Electrical systems design documentation (power supply).
  • HVAC design documentation (heating and ventilation).
  • Resource consumption data (electricity, heat, gas) for the past 12 months.
