Ecomanagement Signs Contract for Engineering Infrastructure Management at the Lobachevsky Business Centre — Innopolis, Tatarstan

OOO Independent Energy (Ecomanagement brand) has signed a contract to deploy its automated engineering systems management platform at the Lobachevsky Business Centre in the city of Innopolis, Republic of Tatarstan. This is a continuation of the company's existing partnership with the Innopolis ecosystem: Ecomanagement previously completed a project at one of the technopark's facilities, delivering measurable results in electricity consumption reduction and climate system optimisation. The new contract establishes the platform's presence at one of the city's key commercial properties and paves the way for roll-out across the full infrastructure of Innopolis.

The Lobachevsky Business Centre is one of the flagship facilities of the special economic zone, serving residents, the university, and partner structures of the technopark. The Ecomanagement system will provide continuous electricity consumption monitoring, automated control of climate and lighting equipment, and verified energy efficiency reporting in accordance with IPMVP methodology and GOST R 56743-2015. Based on industry benchmarks for facilities of comparable profile, the solution delivers savings of 15–25% on energy costs.

Innopolis is the second technopark in Ecomanagement's portfolio following World Class Skolkovo, and each new facility strengthens the company's position in the innovation infrastructure segment. Technoparks place particular demands on the reliability and transparency of engineering systems: the high concentration of technology resident companies means zero tolerance for downtime and heightened attention to ESG metrics. This is precisely where the Ecomanagement platform demonstrates its competitive strengths — real-time algorithmic control, verified savings, and seamless integration with existing engineering equipment without infrastructure replacement.
